Campaigns

Campaigns are how you organize creator work. Each campaign is built from modular components — mix and match to create anything from a simple discount code blast to a full product seeding and content creation initiative.

What Is a Campaign?

A campaign defines:
  • Which products creators will promote or receive
  • What content they need to create (deliverables)
  • What incentive they earn (commission, flat fee, bonus)
  • When it runs (start date, end date, deadlines)

Campaign Modules

Products

Select products from your Shopify catalog. Optionally enable product gifting so creators receive free samples.

Content

Define deliverables: platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), format (Reel, Story, Post, Video), and quantity. Creators submit content for your review.

Incentive

Set commission structure: percentage of sale, flat fee per order, or a fixed payment for completing deliverables. Add bonus tiers for hitting milestones.

Timing

Set campaign start and end dates, application deadline, and content submission deadline. Campaigns can also run indefinitely.

Creating a Campaign

1

Start the wizard

Go to Campaigns > New Campaign. Enter a name and description.
2

Configure modules

Enable the modules you need and fill in the details. You do not need to use all four — a simple affiliate campaign might only use Products and Incentive.
3

Set visibility

Choose whether the campaign is invite-only (you select creators) or open (creators can apply from their portal).
4

Publish

Review your settings and click Publish. The campaign goes live and creators can start participating.

Kanban Board

Each campaign has a Kanban board that tracks creator progress through stages:
StageMeaning
InvitedCreator has been invited but has not accepted yet
AcceptedCreator accepted and is working on deliverables
Content SubmittedCreator uploaded their content for review
Content ApprovedYou approved the submitted content
CompletedAll deliverables done, commission earned
Drag cards between columns or use bulk actions to move multiple creators at once.

Content Review

When creators submit content, it appears in the Content Submissions tab. For each submission you can:
  • Approve — marks the deliverable as complete
  • Request Changes — sends feedback to the creator with notes
  • Reject — marks as not accepted
Leave a comment when requesting changes so the creator knows exactly what to adjust.
