Getting Started as a Creator
Welcome to Convertly. As a creator, you can partner with brands to promote their products and earn commissions on every sale you drive.Joining a Brand’s Program
There are three ways you might get started:Email Invitation
A brand sends you an email invite with a magic link. Click the link and you are taken directly to the Creator Portal with your account already set up. No password needed.Invite Link
A brand shares a direct link with you (in a DM, email, or community post). Click the link, fill in your name and email, and submit your application.Public Application Page
Some brands have a public application page on their website. Visit the page, fill out the application form with your social profiles and audience details, and submit. The brand will review your application and notify you once approved.Application Process
If the brand uses manual review, your application goes through these stages:- Submitted — your application is in the review queue
- Approved — you are in. You now have a tracking link and discount code.
- Rejected — the brand decided not to move forward (you will receive a notification)
Some brands use auto-approve, which means you are accepted instantly as soon as you apply.
Magic Link Login
The Creator Portal uses magic link authentication. Every time you need to log in:- Enter your email on the login page
- Check your inbox for the login link
- Click the link and you are signed in
Your Dashboard
Once logged in, the Creator Portal dashboard shows:- Your tracking link — copy and share with your audience
- Your discount code — the code your followers use at checkout
- Earnings summary — total revenue, pending commissions, and paid out amounts
- Active campaigns — campaigns you are participating in
- Recent orders — the latest sales attributed to you
